Thursday, May 28, 1998 - 8:00 PMWashington Square Church This concert of MIDI, acoustic and electronic music will feature the REAL TIME SIGNAL PROCESSOR (The Wedge), developed by First Avenue's own software guru, Bill Kannar. The virtual meets real-time as the Wedge combines world wide digital contributions of music from widely varied musical styles, including rock, folk, classical, and the contemporary classical. First Avenue then adds its own electro-acoustic compositions and improvisation to the digital mix.
